Our Requirements:

We are looking for a lively, confident and presentable Guest Relations Executive to work within our wide range of hotels.

The ideal candidate will have an approachable, confident, energetic & positive attitude. The candidate should be able to liaise with guests to gain feedback about their experience face-to-face & over the telephone. 

Knowledge of Trip Advisor would be a distinct advantage.

English as a native language, both verbal & written, is essential.

Full TRNC driving licence and car owner preferred.

Our ideal candidate would be a well presented lady between the ages of 30 - 50.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Speaking with customers about their holiday experience & gaining commitment from them to write a review for Cyprus Paradise and the hotel.
• Answering the Trip Advisor reviews professionally and effectively.
• Customer satisfaction surveys to provide statistics and improve customer service.
• Ad hoc seasonal marketing projects.
  
  

Place of Work:

Working in hotels in Cyprus as well as in the office. 

Working Days/Hours:

5 days a week, Monday to Sunday, working shifts.

Working hours are subject to change depending on business needs.
