If you enjoy walking and exploring the landscape, the Adonis Nature Trail is an extremely popular attraction close to Polis. At around 7.5km, this hiking trail is perfect to experience the natural wonders of Cyprus. You need to be fit to attempt the walk to the top of the ridge, but the views are well worth the effort. You could also consider the Smigies Nature Trail, which also offers spectacular views.
The nearby village of Kathikas is well worth a visit, being a traditional Cypriot village in the mountains, away from the hustle and bustle.
