Located directly on the seafront, the hotel is set within tropical gardens just a stone’s throw from the beach. Approximately 4km away lies the pretty fishing harbour and bustling town centre of Paphos with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The resort’s whitewashed villas have direct access down to the private rocky beach, where a variety of water sports can be found. A purpose-built sun deck provides the ideal spot on which to soak up with warm Mediterranean sunshine.  

Accommodation includes a choice of open plan studios, one-bedroomed apartments, and two-bedroom suites, with en-suite bathrooms and private balcony or patio. Each of the 173 villas are attractively furnished and benefit from a kitchenette, air conditioning and satellite TV. All-inclusive, half-board or self-catering options are available to choose from. The 2 outdoor freshwater pools are fringed by swaying palm trees tropical flowering plants. The surrounding lawn and terraced areas provide ample space for sunbathing. Children will love splashing around  in the kiddies paddling pool.

Sprawling buffets of traditional  and international dishes are laid out in The al-fresco Filoxeni Restaurant, with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients. Nightly themed menus ensure no two meals are the same. A selection of  light bites and chilled beverages are available throughout the day at the poolside bar, while a cocktail and night time entertainment can be enjoyed at the Serina Cocktail Bar.

The Akti Beach Village also has a floodlit tennis court, gymnasium and the opportunity to have a go at boules or a session of meditating yoga.
